Inflection

Realising what's possible. Acting on it. Building what comes next.

Inflection helps leaders and organizations realize more of what's possible and act on it to build stronger businesses and stronger leaders.

The Idea

What if the constraint isn't the challenge itself, but the way we are looking at it?

Businesses often carry assumptions about their markets, customers, capabilities and possibilities. Over time, those assumptions can become invisible and shape decisions without being questioned. Leaders do something similar. The beliefs, identities and ways of working that helped them succeed can eventually become constraints on what comes next. The work begins by making those assumptions visible, questioning them and asking what becomes possible when they no longer define the choices available.

Why Inflection, and How I Work

Businesses rarely struggle because they lack ideas. More often, growth gets constrained by assumptions about what is possible, how the business should operate or where its next opportunity will come from. Leaders face a similar challenge. They rarely lack capability, but at certain points in their careers, the beliefs, identities and ways of working that helped create their success can begin to limit what comes next. That is where my work begins.

Business Advisory

I help business owners and leaders realize new opportunities for growth by challenging assumptions that quietly limit revenue, profitability, and business value.

Executive Coaching

My work begins when success no longer feels the way it once did. I help leaders understand why so they can lead with renewed clarity and conviction again.

Different challenges, one underlying question: What becomes possible when we are willing to question what we have always assumed?

How I Think

Better questions create better possibilities.

I don't believe every challenge needs a new framework. Sometimes it needs a better question: one that challenges an assumption, reveals a possibility or changes the decision being considered. My role is to create the space to ask those questions, explore what they reveal and turn insight into action.

The Inflection Point

An inflection point is not always a crisis. It can be a period of growth, a strategic choice, a change in market dynamics, a new leadership role, a business that has outgrown its existing model or simply the feeling that what worked before is no longer working in quite the same way. These moments create both uncertainty and possibility. The opportunity is to recognise the inflection before it becomes a constraint.

Why Me

My perspective comes from having spent more than 25 years inside complex businesses, leading growth, brands, marketing organisations and strategic initiatives across consumer goods, retail, fashion, healthcare and real estate. That experience informs both sides of my work. I understand the commercial realities of running and growing a business, as well as the human complexity of making decisions, leading teams and navigating change. Business challenges have a leadership dimension, and leadership challenges have a business context. Inflection sits at that intersection.

What is changing for you?

Perhaps there is an opportunity you haven't fully explored, a challenge you keep approaching in the same way, or a sense that something needs to change without yet knowing what. Sometimes the first step is simply to look at the challenge differently.
