core values

Trust

Just as in personal relationships, in business too, trust is earned through creating strong relationships on the foundations of safety, reliability and consistency of actions over a sustained time. Your interactions must be transparent and authentic, with no room for exaggerations and hyperbole. Your reputation is your most valuable asset; build it on unshakeable foundations to ensure it outlasts you.

Integrity

Integrity is anchored in adherence to moral and ethical principles, irrespective of situational or external circumstances. You remain honest even when no one is watching. You do right, and respect your commitment. And no matter how severe circumstances become, you maintain honest and open conversations. Over time, actions guided by integrity will lead to you earning trust.

Diversity & Significance

Embracing diversity fosters compassion and humility, creating empowered, inclusive communities where individuals feel valued and respected. Prioritizing significance means being guided by a higher purpose rooted in ethical practices and social responsibility. These values drive collaboration and innovations, empowering our communities and shaping a thriving future.

Scale & Unit Economics

Yes, they can, and they must go hand-in-hand as one without the other is self-defeating. Scale allows companies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance market presence. However, growth without a keen understanding of unit economics - such as cost per acquisition, customer lifetime value, and profit margins - is rapid expansion and neither profitable nor sustainable.

"Get Stuff Done"

President Obama captures this like no one else can when he says, "No matter how small or sizeable the task, raise your hand and say - Let me take care of that." You don't have to be the loudest in the room; you must let your actions elevate your stature. Don't just talk and intellectualize; grab it by the collar, take the initiative, and get it done.

Going "All-In"
on Digital

Why? Simply because digital enhances inclusivity expands access, enabling hitherto difficult-to-reach audiences and customers. Education, technology transfer, and e-commerce pave the way for economic progress for rural artisans, small businesses, and grassroots entrepreneurs, bridging them to urban demand. Digital tools also help monitor and reduce waste and energy consumption, empowering organizations to create more equitable environments while driving responsible growth.
